// Enterprise Engineering at DellEMC
May 2016 — April 2026 · ~10 years as a founding engineer
I am deeply grateful for the nearly ten years I spent at DellEMC. What began as a summer internship in Irvine, CA became the defining chapter of my engineering career. They offered me full-time after that first summer, but I chose to continue as a part-time front-end developer while finishing my degree at Purdue — I wanted both.
After graduation, I joined full-time as an SDE2 in the San Francisco Bay Area. DellEMC gave me the best of both worlds: the scrappy, build-from-scratch energy of a startup combined with the rigor and discipline of a world-class enterprise. I treated every sprint, every architecture decision, and every release as if the product were my own. That sense of deep ownership kept me engaged for a decade.
Over the years, I worked across Irvine, Santa Clara, and closely with teams in Israel and India. Collaborating across time zones taught me as much about communication and trust as it did about distributed systems.
// What I Built
MicroFrontend Architecture
Platform Transformation · 35 Teams · 3 Product Lines
Led the migration from a monolithic Angular application to a MicroFrontend architecture using Webpack 5 Module Federation. This was not a refactor — it was a transformation that enabled modular deployments across 3 product lines and empowered 35 independent teams to build, own, and ship their features autonomously.
Job Orchestration & Scheduling Engine
Core Infrastructure · 99.9% SLA · 75% Success Rate Improvement
LLM-Powered Knowledge System
AI/ML · 1,000+ Queries/Day · 55% Faster Resolution
CI/CD & Developer Experience
DevOps · Testing Infrastructure · 63% Faster Onboarding
Deployment Automation
Hackathon Project · 70% Faster Deployments
Engineering Leadership
Scrum Master · Product Owner · Cross-Team Coordination
DellEMC taught me what it means to build something that lasts — to care about code quality not just for today's release, but for the engineer who will read it three years from now.
